The "Villa Smeraldo" hotel is located on the "Tombolo della Giannella" a few km from the towns of Porto Santo Stefano, Porto Ercole and Orbetello. The Giannella road connects Monte Argentario to the mainland with an extension of about 9 km The completely sandy Tombolo, surrounded by typical Mediterranean vegetation and the WWF nature reserve, is bathed by the Tyrrhenian Sea on one side and by the Orbetello lagoon on the other side.
